Greek Yogurt Brownies : No Eggs, No Fat (No Sugar, No Gluten, No Dairy?)
These very unusual brownies leave all of the sin out, so you can enjoy them guilt-free. You choose what type of flour and whether or not to use non-dairy or real sugar.

Ingredients

1/2 cup chocolate chips or chopped semi- or bittersweet chocolate
1 cup non-fat or reduced fat vanilla yogurt (Greek is healthiest) (If you use a non-dairy yogurt, you can make these dairy-free, as well!)
1/2 cup sugar of choice (white, brown, sugar free)
3/4 cup all purpose (or gluten-free) flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt (optional, but recommended)
1/2 cup milk of choice
1 cup chocolate chips of choice

Preheat oven to 350°
Chop chocolate into small chunks, if necessary
Line pan with parchment paper
Additional Notes
These will be best if you use the optional salt shown in the ingredient list. Also, I think it might be good to go a little heavy when you measure the sugar.
These have a peculiar texture, so unless you really want something without fat, eggs, sugar, gluten, I recommend either my Fast-‘n-Gooey Double-Chocolate Brownies, or The BEST(!!) One Bowl Brownies found elsewhere on this site.
