My new favorite brownies! Ridiculously rich, gooey, chewy, intense, and they are so easy to make that it only takes one bowl!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter (2 sticks)
    1 1/2 cups semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips (or mix of both)
    1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
    3/4 cup brown sugar
    1 Tbsp vanilla extract
    1 tsp salt
    3 large eggs
    1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
    1/3 cup dark cocoa powder

  • 16 squares

  • 9x9" or 8x8" square pan
    Parchment paper
    Large microwaveable bowl
    Silicone or rubber spatula
    Sifter or sieve
    Whisk
    Non-stick cooking spray
