2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 large onion
1 large red bell pepper
4 medium cloves garlic
1 can or 2 cups frozen corn
1 can (15-16 oz) great northern beans
16 oz green taco sauce--or salsa of your choice
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 tsp salt
Shredded cheese, sliced avocado, and/or sour cream for garnish

Pro-tip: consider stirring a half cup of sour cream into the chili right before serving.
