Sloppy Joes (with Bonus track: Oven Fries)

This Sloppy Joe filling is warm, richly seasoned, easy to make, and super yummy. And due to a last minute craving, there's a bonus track for making oven French fries!

2-3 tsp steak seasoning blend (I use McCormick Montreal Seasoning)
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1 medium onion
1 small red bell pepper
1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp Worchestershire sauce
2 cups (1 can) tomato sauce)
2 Tbsp tomato paste
4-5 crusty rolls or hamburger buns
