3/4 cup + 1 Tbsp Sherry
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1 package (3 5/8 oz) instant vanilla pudding
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 cup sliced almonds
1/4 cup flour
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/3 cup + 3 Tbsp butter
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 - 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
