Ingredients

2 17.5oz cans salmon
2 eggs
1-1.5 sleeves of Ritz Crackers
2-3 green onions (1/4 cup chopped)
2 Tbsp chopped fresh dill weed
1 drop liquid smoke
Avocado or Canola oil
Tartar sauce or other sauce of your choice (Green Goddess Salad dressing recommended!)

Strainer for draining canned salmon

Large bowl
Frying pan (we used 10" cast iron)

- Chop green onions and dill
Additional Notes
Fresh salmon can be used, if desired. And smoked salmon can be used instead of Liquid Smoke–replace 1/3 of the regular salmon with smoked salmon.
These can be served as is or on buns with lettuce and other trimmings.
