2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups plus 1 Tbsp all-purpose flour
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/8 tsp almond extract (optional)
1 1/4 cups blueberries

Additional Notes
I think an extra 1/8 tsp of cinnamon would be a good idea, and the almond extract will give more of the nut flavor.
