A cheesy baked pastry appetizer/hors d'oeuvres with a very interesting combination of savory and sweet. This is a pretty dressy dish, with lots of rosemary and garlic to complement the cheese and--surprise!--honey.

I wonder how this might be if you replace the fontina with something sharper, like sharp cheddar or Asiago, maybe.
