Baked Gruyere in Pastry wih Rosemary and Garlic

Main photograph of prepared recipe.

A cheesy baked pastry appetizer/hors d'oeuvres with a very interesting combination of savory and sweet. This is a pretty dressy dish, with lots of rosemary and garlic to complement the cheese and--surprise!--honey.
