    1 1/2 cups Swiss cheese, shredded
    1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
    2 eggs
    1 cup evaporated milk
    1 Tablespoon lemon juice
    1 teaspoon chives
    3/4 teaspoon garlic salt
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/8 teaspoon pepper
