Strawberry Drop Biscuits

These delights are crunchy on the outside and tender, delicate, and moist on the inside. Lovely for breakfast, no butter needed. The strawberries make them delicious and beautiful, and these are way easier than biscuits you have to roll out.

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
    1/4 cup granulated sugar
    4 tsp baking powder
    6 tablespoons cold salted butter
    6-8 medium strawberries
    6 Tbsp heavy cream
    1/4 cup confectioner's sugar

    Parchment paper

    Wire cooling rack


  • Preheat oven to 425°

Additional Notes

Eat these fresh!! They lose their crunch and lightness by the second day and are nowhere near as good.
