    2 Tbsp olive oil
    Small onion
    1 garlic clove
    1 cup basmati rice
    1 tsp ground turmeric
    1 tsp ground cumin
    1 1/2 cups of your favorite broth
    1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
    3 green onions
    1/4 tsp of your favorite chili powder
    Salt and pepper
