  • 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
    1/4 cup canned pumpkin
    1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
    1/8 tsp ground ginger
    1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
    1/8 tsp salt
    3 full graham cracker sheets (a heaping 1/3 cup, once crushed into crumbs)
    2 Tbsp butter
    1 Tbsp brown sugar
    1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
    1/2 Tbsp granulated sugar
    1.5 ounces cream cheese

  • 3-4" bowl or ramekin, for serving
    Medium pot
    2 medium bowls
    1 small bowl
    Handheld electric mixer (or immersion blender with whipping attachment)
    Silicone spatula


  • Allow cream cheese to warm to room temperature
