  • 3 lbs pared, cored, chopped apples
    1/2 cup packed brown sugar
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
    1/8 tsp ground nutmeg

Number of Servings

  • 2 - 2 1/2 cups


  • Slow cooker
    Food processor OR Blender OR Immersion blender
    Large spoon
    Silicone spatula
    Empty jars
    [Apple peeler, apple corer, and apple slicer or sharp knife]


  • Peel, core, and chop apples to make 3 lbs
