  • 1 cup uncooked rice
    1 cup sour cream
    Generous dash of red pepper flakes (I use 1/8 tsp)
    1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
    Salt & pepper to taste
    Optional: 2 cups broth

  • 4-6


  • 2 1/2 - 3 qt saucepan with lid (glass lid is best)
    1-2 qt baking dish
    Cooking spray
    Cheese grater


  • Preheat oven to 350°
    Grate cheese
