  • 4 cups fruit--any kind (apples, peaches, berries, cherries, combo)
    1 Tbsp lemon juice (about half a lemon)
    3/4 cup brown sugar
    1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
    3/4 cup rolled oats
    1 tsp cinnamon
    A pinch of salt
    1/2 cup butter (1 stick), melted
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract
