  • 2 lemons
    1/2 cup olive oil
    1 Tbsp canola or avocado oil
    1 tsp kosher salt
    2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
    2 tsp ground cumin
    2 tsp paprika
    1/2 tsp turmeric
    Pinch of ground cinnamon
    Crushed red pepper flakes, to taste
    2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs

  • Squeeze lemons to extract juice
    After marinating, heat oven to 425°
