    28 oz can crushed tomatoes
    6 cups vegetable or chicken broth
    1/3 cup green lentils
    8 oz lasagna noodles (about 8 1/2 noodles)
    3 cups fresh spinach
    Parmesan rind (optional)
    Fresh basil
