Ingredients

  • 9 whole graham crackers
    3 Tbsp granulated sugar
    5 Tbsp salted butter
    2 (14 oz) cans sweetened condensed milk
    3 large egg yolks
    3/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp lemon juice (5 lemons)
    1 cup heavy whipping cream
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract
