Kathy’s Curried Chicken (or Turkey) Salad

  • 10 minutes (once the poultry is off the bones)


  • 2 cups chicken or turkey meat (breast is best)
    1/4 cup chopped celery
    1 Tbsp fresh or dried chives
    1/3 cup mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
    1 tsp curry powder
    1/4 tsp salt

  • Knife
    Food Processor (optional)


  • Cut the meat into smallish pieces
    Chop the celery
