Kathy’s Curried Chicken : A Cookalong Original
Distinctively different chicken salad, with crunchy celery and the exotic warmth of curry. Works well with leftover turkey, too.

- 10 minutes (once the poultry is off the bones)
2 cups chicken or turkey meat (breast is best)
1/4 cup chopped celery
1 Tbsp fresh or dried chives
1/3 cup mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
1 tsp curry powder
1/4 tsp salt
