  • 6 fresh peaches - peeled, pitted and sliced (or 5 cups frozen sliced peaches)
    1/2 tsp almond extract
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
    1/2 cup all-purpose flour
    1/2 cup quick-cooking (1-minute) oats
    1 cup white sugar
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
    Pinch of ground cardamom (optional)
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/2 cup butter

    Spray baking pan
