1 cup water
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 cinnamon stick (or 1 tsp ground cinnamon)
2 tsp vanilla extract
3 hots espresso
2-3 dashes ground cinnamon
1 cup oatmilk (or milk of choice)
3 chai tea bags (optional) or just a few granules of ground cardamom (also optional)
