Easy Pie Crust (One Crust Pie)

This is the easiest crust to make! The ingredients will already be in your house. No pastry cutting, no rolling pin, no physical exertion, no stress, just a lovely, flaky crust. If you want secret ingredients, they're easy to add (I'll tell you how) and up to you.

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon baking powder
    1/2 cup oil of your choice
    3 Tablespoons cold water

Please note that this makes only a bottom crust. If you’re making a 2-crust pie (one with a top crust), try Cindy’s Favorite Pie Crust. Equally easy, but you do have to roll it out.
