    4 oz cream cheese or neufchatel
    1/4 cup dry roasted and salted pistachios
    3 Tbsp fresh chives, chopped
    1 small garlic clove
    1/4 tsp lemon juice
    Fresh ground pepper to taste
    Salt to taste (optional)
