Cheesy Pesto Twists
Puff pastry twists filled with pesto and mozzarella, topped with parmesan. Serve them at room temp, or warm, while the cheese still stretches!

1 pkg of puff pastry (2 sheets)
6 oz fresh pesto
1 1/2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
1 egg, beaten
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350
Get puff pastry out of freezer to thaw
