  • 1 1/2 cups bittersweet chocolate chips (NOT semisweet!)
    1/2 cup unsalted butter (1 stick)
    3 large eggs
    1 cup granulated sugar
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    2 tsp vanilla extract
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    3/4 cup all-purpose flour
    1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • Electric mixer
    Baking sheet
    Rubber or silicone spatula
    Parchment paper


  • Preheat oven to 350°
    Make space in your fridge for a large mixing bowl
    Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
