1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup canned artichoke hearts (NOT marinated)
1 cup grated parmesan or asiago cheese
1 garlic clove
1 cup frozen spinach, cooked and drained (OPTIONAL)
Number of Servings
Serve with corn chips, pita chips, or pita bread.
Also good with 1 cup cooked and drained chopped spinach added. (See above photo)
