2 cups applesauce
22 Tbsp unsalted butter (2 sticks + 6 Tbsp)
2 cups packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 Tbsp + t tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
3/4 cup confectioners' sugar
1 cup toasted chopped pecans
