    1/2 cup chopped green pepper
    1/8 tsp cayenne
    1/4 tsp cumin
    2 Tbsp minced fresh parsley (or 1 Tbsp dried parsley)
    1 15oz. can butter beans, drained
    1/2 cup chopped pistachios (or toasted almonds)
