  • 1 3/4 cups flour
    1 cup corn meal
    1/4 cup sugar
    1 TBSP baking powder
    2 teaspoons kosher salt
    1/4 tsp baking soda
    1 1/2 cups cubed sharp cheddar cheese (6 oz)
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 cups sour cream
    1/2 cup vegetable oil
    1/3 cup chopped chives

    Whisk or spoon
    9" x 5" loaf pan
    Cooking spray
    Wooden toothpick
    Sharp knife


  • Preheat oven to 350°
    Coat inside of loaf pan with cooking spray
